1. General Refund Terms

Refunds are issued only under specific conditions described in this policy.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to our refund guidelines.


2. Product Returns (Physical Goods)

You may request a return or replacement for physical products if:

Eligible Reasons for Return

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective due to manufacturing issues
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product does not match its description on our website or invoice

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Photos or videos of the issue must be submitted before approval

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items damaged due to mishandling by the customer
  • Products altered or modified after purchase
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Custom-made or special-order products

3. Refunds for Services

Refunds for services such as installation, consultancy, smart home setup, and interior design are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-refundable items

  • Initial consultation fees
  • Deposits or advance payments for custom design, development, or procurement
  • Completed milestones in project-based work

Refundable (under rare circumstances)

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The service has not started
  • Materials have not been procured
  • There are clear errors on our part that make the service undeliverable


4. Exchange Policy

We allow product exchanges if:

  • The item is defective
  • The customer prefers a replacement of the same value
  • The request is made within 7 days

Note:
Price differences must be settled if the replacement item costs more.


5. Order Cancellation

Product Orders

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.

Service Contracts

Cancellation is allowed under these conditions:

  • Before project commencement → Full refund (minus administrative cost)
  • After project commencement → Refund minus value of completed work

6. Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method
  • For bank transfers, the customer must provide the correct account details

7. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping for faulty or wrong items is covered by us
  • Return shipping for non-faulty items (if approved) is covered by the customer

8. Custom Orders & Special Requests

Custom-made products, tailored designs, special installations, or personalised requests are non-refundable unless they are:

  • Defective
  • Incorrectly made due to our error
